Account & Setup
How do I create a FlexaPay account ?
Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage, provide your business information, and complete the verification process. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is approved.
What documents do I need for verification ?
We typically require government-issued photo ID, business registration documents, bank account verification, and proof of address.
How long does account verification take ?
Most accounts are verified within 1-3 business days. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days.
Payment Processing
What payment methods do you support ?
We support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank transfers through our Stripe integration.
What are your processing fees ?
Our fees are competitive and transparent. Standard processing fees start at 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. Volume discounts are available for high-volume merchants.
How quickly do I receive payouts ?
Payouts are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Initial payouts may take up to 7 days for new accounts. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly payout schedules.

Is my data secure ?
Absolutely. We use bank-level security including SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliance, and regular security audits. Your data is protected by industry-standard security measures.
Are you PCI compliant ?
